Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our reputable law firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various legal disciplines, including family law, juvenile dependency, estate planning, probate, litigation, and criminal law. Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research utilizing tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development and legal analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents, including forms, pleadings, briefs, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
• Manage a caseload across multiple practice areas including family law, juvenile dependency, estate planning, probate, litigation, and criminal law.
• Negotiate settlements and legal agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations across various practice areas by providing clear and strategic counsel.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the law office to ensure compliance with legal standards and firm policies.
• Maintain meticulous records of case files and document interactions using legal administrative experience.
• Stay current on relevant laws and regulations through ongoing research and professional development activities.

Skills

Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms for comprehensive legal analysis.

Timely and Reliable attendance at court to competently advocate on behalf of client's cases.

Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear legal drafting tailored to specific cases.

Effective negotiation skills to advocate for clients' interests successfully.

Familiarity with legal administrative processes and documentation management within a busy Law office setting.

Exceptional analytical skills combined with attention to detail to interpret complex legal issues accurately.

Pay : $88,863.62 - $107,018.55 per year
