Job descriptionOversee, coordinate, and manage contractors and consultants and vendors engaged for facility maintenance, system upgrades, and tenant improvements of build outs Lead and supervise a janitorial and maintenance staff Establish and maintain preventative schedules, conduct regular inspections of buildings, systems and equipment. Record keeping, maintain logs of maintenance activities, repair histories, budgets, work orders, compliance documentation. Manage emergency maintenance issues in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with health, safety, local building, electrical, plumbing, and other relevant codes. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and forecasting for maintenance operations and repairs. Minimum of 2-5 years of maintenance experience with hands-on skills in the trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting). Proven experience in maintenance management or a related field Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. - to oversee all maintenance and operations for commercial properties in Kihei. This individual will ensure that facility repair / maintenance, tenant improvements, and preventative maintenance are performed efficiently, safely and to high standards.
Perform, or insure the completion of, maintenance repairs including HVAC / air conditioning, painting, electrical, plumbing and general carpentry
