We are seeking an experienced Staffing Specialist to support our operations through full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and talent management.

What You'll Do :

• Manage full-cycle staffing for branch hiring needs
• Partner with Operations to understand and meet staffing requirements
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
• Support licensing, compliance, and time-to-fill goals
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a positive start for each employee
• Build relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners
