What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing Allied Universal protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business interior and its perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Maintain detailed records and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unauthorized access and / or breaches.

Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and / or emergency responders when necessary, following established protocols.

Remain alert to potential risks and / or hazards within the environment, reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
