Admission Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview

Hospice of the West is currently hiring Full-Time Compassionate Admission Nurses (RN) to provide patient care in and around the Mesa Area!

Schedule : 3 - 12hr shifts a week

Our Admission Nurses (RN) are responsible for assuring that the Hospice programs are effectively represented to patients, families, and others who have an interest in hospice through pre-assessments, information sharing and / or admissions in a Patient's home or in a health care facility. This position works with the intake team, referring physician, and other referral sources to promote the hospice philosophy of care.

Qualifications

$83,000 - $94,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
