About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President or Managing Director for Debt and Equity Capital Markets. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the expansion of the capital markets practice, with a primary focus on executing assignments and, to a lesser extent, originations. This role demands a professional with a dynamic and experienced background, capable of leveraging industry expertise, deal-making acumen, and a robust network to deliver innovative financing solutions that align with client goals and market trends. Key responsibilities include client advisory and relationship management, transaction management, network development, capital structuring, financial analysis and modeling, deal origination, and market research. The role also involves leadership and mentorship of junior team members. Applicants for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's in a related field, and have at least 5 years' of experience in commercial real estate capital markets. A deep understanding of capital markets, financing structures, and underwriting of complex real estate transactions is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong deal origination and negotiation skills, exceptional communication and presentation abilities, and a high degree of financial acumen. The role requires the capacity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and maintain an established network of relationships with capital providers, real estate owners, and sponsors.
