This is a high-impact leadership role , perfect for someone with strong operations experience, proven sales leadership, and the ability to build a winning team culture.

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee all site operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Drive sales, membership conversions, and overall store profitability.
• Manage KPIs, P&L-related responsibilities, and financial oversight.
• Lead team training, coaching, and leadership development (including ASM and Shift Leads).
• Maintain site excellence : cleanliness, maintenance inspections, preventative upkeep, safety standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform opening / closing procedures and ensure top-notch performance every day.
• Foster a strong sales and service culture that reflects Sparkle’s core values—people first, always.
