Hours & Pay

Schedule : Rotating shifts, 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM

Pay Rate : $27.00 / hour

Employment Type : Temp-to-hire (eligible for permanent hire after 360 hours worked)

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and monitor packaging quality to maximize product integrity.
• Perform quality tests, including pH checks, solids analysis, CIP testing, ATP, allergen, micro , and visual inspections.
• Conduct package teardowns and investigate product spoilage issue s.
• Calibrate and operate lab testing equipment accurately.
• Maintain retention samples and manage lab inventory levels.
• Accurately complete and maintain quality documentation.
• Communicate lab results with production operators and supervisors.
• Support plant safety initiatives, including inspections, meetings, and hazard reporting.
• Promote teamwork and assist in training new team members as needed.
