International Law Firm has an immediate need for an Attorney with a litigation background to join their successful team of legal professionals in their Orlando office. They are seeking a motivated individual who will focus on representing condominium and homeowners’ associations. SUMMARY :

• Active Member of the Florida Bar.
• 2 - 3 years' experience in general, commercial or business litigation.
• The ideal candidate will have strong oral, legal research and drafting skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Attorney will be responsible for analyzing community association legal issues, drafting amendments to governing documents, preparing and attending board and membership meetings, and enforcing governing documents through litigation and dispute resolution.
