Primary job responsibilities include assessing a person's condition and developing individualized plans of care to help individuals reach their goals and maximize mobility and independence. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and colleagues is essential to ensure the needs of the individual are met. Demonstration of the ability to perform standard therapy measurement techniques, including range of motion, strength, and balance tests, is required. Utilization of a variety of therapeutic modalities to maximize care provided to clients is expected.
