About the Role

As a Groundskeeper at Windigrove Apartments in Waynesboro, VA, you'll be the heartbeat of our community's curb appeal and cleanliness. Our team is dedicated to helping further the skills and attributes required to be a successful member of our maintenance team. Through our training and mentorship program, "The Park Academy," we will help build those with positive and eager-to-learn attitudes to grow and succeed.

No experience required-just a positive, eager-to-learn attitude!

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain beautiful grounds and common areas
• Remove litter and debris
• Assist with turnover cleaning and painting
• Support the maintenance team with various tasks
• Other duties as assigned
