What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately during emergencies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with resolution as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any irregularities.

Observe and report any suspicious or unusual activity to appropriate personnel and / or law enforcement if necessary.

Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors while maintaining a visible presence throughout the assigned location.

Follow all company and client protocols while completing detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and / or any issues encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
