Compensation : $28.00–$35.00 per hour

Location : Orlando, FL and surrounding areas

Schedule : Full-time | Flex hours based on project timelines

Travel : Occasional travel (1–2 weeks at a time)

What You’ll Do :

As our Lead Shade Installer , you'll take the reins on-site, working closely with project managers and your installation crew to ensure timely, precise, and high-quality installations. You’ll represent Contexture with professionalism, integrity, and a solutions-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise installation crews of 1–4 team members
• Organize, plan, and execute daily job assignments
• Ensure all work meets Contexture’s standards and project specifications
• Maintain safety compliance (exceeding OSHA standards)
• Report project updates and maintain thorough documentation
• Provide top-tier customer service to clients on-site
• Support and train new team members using Contexture’s onboarding system
• Foster a team-first culture while working independently or collaboratively
• Uphold safety protocols and quality control throughout all projects
