Job Title : Gynecological Surgeon

Location : Atlanta, GA

Compensation :

Base salary : $325,000 - $350,000
Performance-based bonuses (uncapped), with earning potential exceeding $500,000
Comprehensive benefits package

We are seeking an experienced Gynecological Surgeon specializing in endometriosis treatment to join our team. Our practice offers a modern approach to diagnosing and treating chronic pelvic pain in both women and men, providing a more comfortable, safe, and effective alternative to traditional methods.

Role Overview :

Base Salary : $325,000 - $350,000 plus bonuses based on case volume. For example, handling approximately 17.5 cases per month can yield an additional $150,000 annually.

Start Date : Immediate.

Licensure : Active Georgia medical license required.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, no weekends.

On-Call Requirement : None.

Patient Demographics : Primarily treating patients between the ages of 16 and 40.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide specialized surgical care for patients with pelvic pain and endometriosis.

Collaborate with a dedicated team that includes non-surgical pelvic pain specialists and integrative health coaches focused on endometriosis management.

Perform non-robotic endometriosis surgeries.

Engage with the community and help promote the practice through social media presence.

Qualifications :

Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery (MIGS) or similar specialty.

Active state medical license and DEA certification.

3 to 8 years of experience in gynecological surgery.

Comfort with social media engagement to represent the practice.
