Job Title : Facilities Coordinator
Location : 21 South, 2nd Floor Morristown NJ 07960 (Onsite)
Duration : 12+ Months Contract
Payrate : $18 / hr on W2.
Hours : M-F 8 am - 4 pm
Resource's typical working day :
- Calling in a repair, dishwasher is broken
- Need to be able to have someone respond to those requests in a positive way

- Working with security guard
- Greeting visitors and guests, making sure they are liaised with the correct team
- Visitor management system
- Managing request tracker system, small items to bigger items
- Health and safety, complete any checks, any repairs that need to go through the landlord
- Heavily coordinating between landlords
