38 hr physician coverage

Shift Times : Mon-Fri - 6a-3p, 10a-6p, 3p-12a, 6p-6a Sat-Sun - 6a-4p, 12a-10p, 6p-6a

APP coverage model : 24 hours

Shift Times : 7a-6p, 5p-5a

Must have active TN license

No call required
