Local Travel LPN – Skilled Nursing Facility - Weiser, Idaho

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week (with options for additional hours)

Weekly Compensation : Up to $1,755 (based on experience)

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a local travel contract at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Weiser, ID . Job Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting under the supervision of RNs and physicians

Administer medications, monitor patient health, and perform routine nursing tasks

Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and ensure patient comfort

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality care

Document patient information accurately and timely

Maintain compliance with facility protocols and state / federal regulations

Education and Certification Requirements :

Active LPN license in the state of Idaho or compact state – Required

BLS Certification – Required

Minimum 1-2 years of recent SNF or long-term care experience – Preferred

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
