Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals providing high-quality respiratory care across a diverse patient population. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will deliver both routine and advanced respiratory therapy to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients in a variety of clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Provide care in critical care environments, including the Intensive Care Units (ICUs), Emergency Department, and other high-acuity areas.
- Respond to emergency situations and participate in rapid response and code teams.
- Rotate through various departments within the Health System as needed to support patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Schedule :
May include rotating day and night shifts.Flexibility to work in any area of the Health System is required.The pay rate range is $46.22 / hour - $60.98 / hour
Qualifications
Educational Requirements :
AA / AS Degree, Graduate of AMA Approved 2-Year Respiratory Therapy ProgramBachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or similar- preferredRegistered by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)Licenses / Certifications :
RCP State License in the state of CaliforniaBasic Life Support Certification (BLS) (American Heart Association only)Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS)Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Preferred / Required for NICUAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS / ALS)- preferred
