About this position

We seek a dynamic and innovative finance professional with strong FX products knowledge to take on a senior role within the Treasury Client Solutions Group (TRY / TCS). The primary focus will be on developing and managing FX products for IDB sovereign guarantee clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage FX risk across various currencies to offer cost-effective local currency solutions, mitigating FX volatility impacts on fiscal budgets.
• Fund Local Treasuries efficiently via offshore swaps or onshore bonds to benefit clients seeking local currency denominated loans.
• Develop relationships with local investors for potential onshore IDB issuances.
• Generate innovative ideas involving FX risk management, collaborating closely with structurers and support teams (Legal, Risk, Accounting, Middle and Back Office).
• Coordinate with the Investment team for onshore cash management in Local Treasuries.
