About the Role : The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of employment litigation experience, with a proven track record of leading matters on their own. The role will involve handling a diverse range of litigation including single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters as well as wage and hour matters including class, collective and PAGA actions. The role also requires providing employment advice and counsel.

Pay Range and Compensation Package : This position provides a competitive base salary range of approximately $160,000-$190,000 and a lucrative bonus structure for hours billed in excess of the minimum.
