Position Summary :

Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies of the organization. This is a Nursing Service position that provides delivery of patient care with the knowledge of a Registered Nurse.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications :

• Associate’s degree in Nursing Required
• Utah Registered Nurse
• Must have a current valid Utah nursing license or compact state nursing license

Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days

Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 Year, if expired, employee will have 60 days to bring to date.
