Job descriptionProvide direct patient care based on individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician. Monitor and document changes in resident conditions. Communicate with physicians, families, and facility staff as needed. Supervise CNAs and other support staff. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Follow infection control and HIPAA regulations. Participate in resident assessments and care planning. Respond quickly to emergency situations. Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina. Current CPR or BLS certification. At least one year of nursing experience (long-term care preferred). Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Dependable, professional, and flexible. Able to work independently and follow facility protocols. Variety of work locations

- $42-$45 / HOUR - ASAP START CONTRACT
