Job Description :

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) for students with speech or language impairments

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress

Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs

Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' needs

Offer support and strategies to improve communication skills

Education & Certification Requirements :

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current Pennsylvania state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred

Prior experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus

Strong communication and collaboration skills
