Under the direction of the charge nurse / nurse manager / director, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care by performing nursing assessments, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and creates, implements, and modifies the plan of care in collaboration with the team. Qualifications Education Associates Degree Required Bachelor's Degree preferred Licensure / Certification / Registration Florida Registered Nurse License BLS CRRN preferred; Quality Indicator Measure cert within 6 mos of hire NIH within 6 months Special Skills / Qualifications / Additional Training / Experience Required Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
