Our partner firm, RRBB based in Somerset, NJ is hiring!

RRBB is seeking a highly motivated Senior Audit Accountant to join their growing assurance team. In this role, you will support the execution of attest engagements-including audits, reviews, and compilations-while serving as a key contributor to fieldwork, client communication, and technical accuracy. This position offers an excellent opportunity to expand your technical knowledge and leadership skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform detailed audit and attest procedures in accordance with professional standards (GAAS, SSARS).
• Prepare and review financial statements, workpapers, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information, explain findings, and deliver exceptional service.
• Identify accounting and audit issues and collaborate with supervisors or managers on resolution.
• Assist with engagement planning, budgeting, and timeline management.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates on engagements.
• Stay current on accounting and auditing standards relevant to client industries.

Qualifications :

This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration. We offer flexibility in managing your schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs.
