Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer you will architect design and create software that runs on or works with Full Stack Desktop Mobile and Online services for the Bosch Automotive Service Solutions diagnostics group. Join the team as we change the way we create and develop new products.  Products like vehicle diagnostic tools and reporting web services focusing in on diagnostic software for vehicle interfaces

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• As a senior software engineer you will be involved in Back-end design development coding customization configuration testing and deployment in support of Offline Web and Mobile solutions.
• To help define the software architecture and design for exciting new products.
• To participate in design reviews code reviews and adhere to software development best practices
• To provide system-wide problem-solving solutions and production support.
• Use and adapt existing web applications & services; and mobile / desktop apps
• Create and test software prototypes
• Develop client displays and user interfaces for both online and offline cases.
• To seek out and participate in personal development opportunities.
• To grow and share your knowledge base of the latest technologies industry standardization and engineering best practices.
• To collaborate with multiple departments in a dynamic product ecosystem.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $103000 - $145000.  Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc.
