About The Position

A busy and growing full-scope OB / GYN practice in  Clinton, Iowa is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB / GYN to join their collaborative and supportive care team. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in both the inpatient and outpatient settings while helping to expand women’s health services in the region.

📋 Position Highlights :

Full-time, hospital-employed position

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

1 : 4 shared call (clinic, OR, and OB)

Responsibilities include clinic, OR, call coverage, inpatient / outpatient care, rounding, and travel to local clinic sites

Trauma Level IV facility

EMR : Cerner (Inpatient) and eClinicalWorks (Outpatient)

Work alongside family medicine OB providers in a collaborative environment

Strong institutional support to grow the OB / GYN service line

Truly Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) and Board Certified candidates welcome

J1 and H1B visa candidates accepted

Locum to Perm candidates may be considered (Job #50736)

⚙️ Qualifications :

Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB / GYN – Required

Iowa medical license (or ability to obtain) – Required

NRP and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certifications (or willing to obtain prior to start) – Required

Clean malpractice history preferred (No active / probate cases or supervision requirements)

Candidates who can start ASAP are highly preferred

Must live within 1 hour of practice location (no long-distance commuting or concurrent jobs)

Base salary starting at $300,000+ (based on experience and training)
