Travel Nurse RN - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit - $2,632 per week in Phoenix, AZ

Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season. This assignment is at our main Campus 1919 E Thomas Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85016 This assignment will require floating to NICU and CVICUNights 7p 7a Only RTO discussed in the interview will be pre-approved. Experience : 2 years experience as an RN in PICU

• Experience at a hospital with a Level III or IV NICU is strongly preferred.
• Experience floating to CVICU and NICU
• Children s hospital experience preferred. Education Requirements : Associate s or Bachelor s degree in nursing. Certification / License / Registry Requirements :
• Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.
• Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
