Job description

Job Title : Helpdesk Technician

Location : Remote

Duration : Long-term, open-ended contract

Shift : Must be flexible with schedule, 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts

Pay Rate : $15 / hour

Orientation Start Date : 12 / 22 / 2025

Job Description :

  • Responds to customer technical problems / issues related to software and applications via phone and / or online support.
  • High-volume, fast paced call center environment.
  • PC software and application support experience needed.

Requirements :

  • Must be flexible with schedule.
  • Must be able to pass a technical screen, so previous I.T. experience is needed or school.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills needed.
  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check.
