Course : General Biology I - Lab
This lab course is designed to reinforce principles learned in the lecture course through experiments and activities which complement and enhance understanding of macromolecules, cell membrane properties, cellular components, and their contribution to cell structure and function. Assignments are designed to relate cellular processes such as metabolism, cell division, and the flow of genetic information to cell structure.
What You Will Do :
Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University
What You Will Bring :
Preferred : Doctorate or Master's in a Biological Science with emphasis in biochemistry or physiology or cellular function
Minimum : Master's in any field with 18 graduate credit hours in Biology emphasizing biochemistry or physiology or cellular function
