Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Duties :
- Administer employee data changes
- Process new hires and ensure set up for a successful onboarding experience
- Assist with the involuntary and voluntary separation process
- Oversee manager self-service transactions
- Assist employees with questions regarding their last day of employment
- Manage the global work authorization program including auditing for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations
- Work in close partnership with the Recruitment and Payroll teams
- Conduct data audits of employee data in Workday
- Provide back-up support to other team members on daily tasks
- Support standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics
- Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze and interpret employee / employment data

2+ years previous experience in Human ResourcesPrevious experience with Workday or similar HRISProficiency in employee or customer experience through written and verbal communicationsAbility to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlinesMust be well organized with keen attention to detailBenefits :
