Job Summary

High school diploma / GEDExtensive previous culinary experienceCertification from culinary school preferredServeSafe or Food Handler’s CertificationFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS softwareAdvanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipesAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureExcellent management and leadership skills
