Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through the platform and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
Advocate for clients by providing feedback to internal teams and solving problems efficiently
Embrace new technology and assist in onboarding new team members while ensuring operational excellence
Required Qualifications
2+ years in Customer Support, preferably in a Call Center environment
2+ years of experience with CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce
Experience in SaaS, particularly in legal services, is a plus
1+ years of experience in legal / litigation support preferred
High school diploma required; advanced studies or equivalent work experience valued
