Job descriptionSupervise all deck operations during swim lessons, practices, and events. Lead and support instructors and lifeguards to ensure smooth transitions and safety protocols. Act as the main point of contact for parents, swimmers, and staff during shift hours. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pool deck. Assist with scheduling, program flow, and daily staff briefings. Strong leadership and communication skills. Background in aquatics, coaching, or facility supervision preferred. Current CPR / AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Lifeguard certification and instructor experience a big plus. Friendly, energetic, and solution-oriented attitude. Schedule : Part-time (flexible hours, afternoon / evenings and weekends)
