Job Description
The role includes overseeing all field operations for big-box retail and commercial projects, managing schedules, budgets, and quality control. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth and efficient job site performance. They will enforce all safety standards and conduct regular inspections to maintain a zero-incident environment. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with project managers, owners, and design teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and specifications. The candidate will also review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure accuracy and compliance. Site logistics, scheduling, and daily planning will be managed while maintaining detailed project documentation and reports. Extensive travel to oversee projects in various locations will be required to ensure consistent quality and operational excellence.
