Overview :
Innova Discs, a leader in the disc golf industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Online Marketing Director to join our team. This pivotal role is designed to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that builds brand awareness and drives lead generation for our online store. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, creativity, and leadership to manage original and engaging campaigns across digital platforms. This position will also oversee the coordination of marketing initiatives, product promotions, and the management of a marketing team, while building a nationwide presence through strategic storytelling, targeted outreach, and brand ambassadorship.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
- Develop creative advertising concepts and campaigns. Crafting narratives that entice the target audience while informing them about products or the company.
- Identify and target the ideal audience and speak to them through original advertising efforts that increase engagement.
- Manage a marketing team, their workload, and their output. One must possess the ability to identify hidden potential of employees, be a coach and mentor, and improve overall employee performance.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing operations (budgeting, planning, execution).
- Develop and manage the budget, showing ROI models on all campaigns.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, onsite, demos, etc.).
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment and cooperation between different teams.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in marketing / advertising (management experience is a plus)Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Strong understanding of digital marketing and best practices.Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating a strong ROI.Analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.High level project management and organizational skills.K ey Skills :
