Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center, located in Mechanicsville, Virginia, is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our dedicated outpatient team. We provide comprehensive care for adults (18+), focusing on prevention, wellness, and the long-term health of our patients.

Our established practice combines the stability of a respected health system with a collegial, supportive team culture that values both clinical excellence and work-life balance.

Position Highlights

Setting :

• Outpatient only (on MRMC campus)
• Patient Population : 18+
• Average Patients / Day : 18–22
• Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
• Call : Every 4–7 days, rotating weekends
• Coverage : Weekdays 5 PM–7 AM; Weekends Friday 5 PM–Sunday 6 PM
• Shared among 8 physicians
• Urgent issues only – no refills or controlled medications
• Average 1–10 calls per shift
• Virtual Health : Optional MyChart Virtual Visits for routine and acute care
