17.50 / hr. + quarterly bonuses (average $700)

As a team member in Customer Support, you will serve as an advocate for our clients. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our expanding support team to promptly and effectively address, resolve, or appropriately guide our clients' inquiries and issues. The primary focus of this role is to handle questions from Small Business Owners related to their existing and future accounts with proficiency.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Address inquiries and requests from small business owners regarding our products through various channels, including inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, emails, and chats.
  • Efficiently and effectively resolve customer requests, ensuring satisfaction and addressing both stated and unstated short-term and long-term needs.
  • Meet or exceed performance expectations based on key performance indicators related to customer experience, effectiveness, efficiency, and other relevant metrics.
  • Identify, resolve, or escalate risks and trends that could impact the customer experience.
  • Act as a representative of the customer's voice, providing valuable product and customer experience feedback along with suggested enhancements.
  • Adapt and remain flexible to support business needs, including making short-term scheduling adjustments.

Skills and Experience Required :

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or related work experience.
  • Previous experience in banking and finance is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A distraction-free work-from-home environment with reliable internet access.
  • Proficient in managing difficult conversations, striking a balance between active listening, asking questions, displaying empathy, and driving towards optimal outcomes.
  • Technologically-savvy, known for adapting rapidly to changing tools and capabilities.
