CRM Implementation Manager

A company is looking for a CRM Implementation Manager to lead client projects from Discovery through go-live.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client projects through the entire project lifecycle, including Discovery, implementation, and go-live

Serve as the primary client contact and manage relationships while coordinating internal specialists

Oversee CRM platform implementations and ensure data accuracy during migrations

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing CRM implementation projects

Experience leading at least 3 full CRM implementations from Discovery to go-live

Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM platforms

Experience with data migration projects involving 100K+ records

Familiarity with multi-stakeholder projects across various departments
