Roof Maintenance Technician

We are hiring immediately for a full time Roof Maintenance Technician position. Location : TAMU - 600 Agronomy Road College Station, TX 77843 (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note : online applications accepted only.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Requirement : Roofing experience required.

Fixed Pay Rate : $17.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary : Installs and repairs roofs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Repairs leaks in various types of roofs, parapet walls, flashings, etc.
• Installs roof vents.
• Prepares new built-up roofs.
• Applies asphalt shingles and corrugated roofing.
• Applies waterproofing to exterior walls.
• Cleans all types of masonry buildings.
• Inspects and performs preventative maintenance on roofs.
• Updates work statuses and documents tasks completed in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) utilizing numerous devices.
• Performs other duties as assigned
