Our client, a respected financial institution, is seeking an Ag and Commercial Loan Banker to manage and grow a farm and commercial loan clients portfolio and strengthen relationships through expert farm lending knowledge and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Originate, process, and service commercial loans adhering to policies and regulations
• Analyze financials, conduct site visits, and evaluate collateral for sound lending decisions
• Negotiate loan terms within established guidelines
• Develop new commercial business relationships and participate in loan committees
• Represent the bank in community events and uphold a high standard of professionalism

Drivable from Lindsborg, or neighboring counties. Saline, County area.
