Pima Heart and Vascular is a premier cardiovascular practice serving Southern Arizona. Our team of physicians provides care at multiple clinic locations, a 100%-owned ambulatory surgery center, an office-based lab, vein clinic, and affiliated hospitals. Pima is home to one of the nations leading structural heart and cardiovascular research programs, offering opportunities to participate in groundbreaking clinical trials and research initiatives.

Our collegial group delivers a full spectrum of diagnostic testing, clinical treatment, and surgical servicesincluding general and interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, electrophysiology, and a comprehensive suite of in-house ancillary services.

Join a team of 16 interventional cardiologists within a robust group of 35 physicians and 20 APPs

Strong support staff , collegial culture, and well-established referral network

STEMI call 1 : 6 with an equal share of night call

Employment Type : Full-time, private practice

Practice Model : Inpatient & outpatient

Hospitals : Northwest Hospital, Oro Valley, St. Marys

Schedule : Monday-Friday

EMR : eClinicalWorks (ECW)

In-Office Equipment : Sonography, Echo, Vascular, Nuc Med / PET CT

APP Oversight : Physician will supervise their own APP as volume grows

Qualifications

MD or DO with board certification / eligibility in Interventional Cardiology

Eligible for an Arizona medical license

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Spanish-speaking is helpful, but not required
