What You’ll Do

• Guest Safety Make sure all safety procedures are followed and the environment stays controlled and welcoming.
• Customer Experience Greet guests, manage bookings, answer questions, and guide groups through their visit.
• Marketing & Social Media Create and post regular content, support promotions, and help build local awareness through consistent online activity.
• Team Leadership Train, coach, and support staff.

Provide feedback to instructors / hosts and maintain a positive work culture.

Hours Minimum 40 hours per week.

Shifts include days, evenings, and weekends.
