RN / LPN : Must have Trach and G-tube experience or willingness to learn

Current Shift Needs :

All Shifts need, 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am.

Client is a 16yr old male with a G-tube and has seizures activity. Medication administration needs to be provided including rescue medications for seizures.

Responsibilities :

Every day is different in-Home Care. Our Home Health Staff care for ill, injured or convalescing patients or persons with disabilities in private homes. You will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Bonuses Available : Retention Bonus :

Work an average of 20 hours weekly and receive a bonus after 6 months of continuous employment. Paid annually thereafter.

RN : $750

LPN : $500

CNA / HHA : $250
