A company is looking for a Human Resources Representative II (Contractor). Key Responsibilities Address and resolve escalated employee relations and payroll / tax inquiries by interpreting and applying organizational policies Collaborate with HR teams across departments to align processes and enhance HR Shared Services efficiency Maintain and update departmental databases to support inquiry resolution and improve team training initiatives Required Qualifications Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in human resources, focusing on employee relations and compliance Proven ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures accurately Experience in managing and improving HR databases and workflows Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime when required
