The Technical Writer / Trainer is responsible for creating and delivering technical documentation and training materials that simplify complex information for a broad audience. This role involves collaborating with subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity in all content produced.

Key Responsibilities :

• Documentation Creation : Write and edit user manuals, technical guides, white papers, and online help systems
• Training Development : Design and develop training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and instructional videos
• Content Research : Conduct thorough research to stay updated with industry trends and technologies
• Collaboration : Work closely with developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy
• Quality Assurance : Review and revise content to ensure it meets quality standards and is easily understood by the target audience
• User Support : Provide support and guidance to users through training sessions and documentation
