Senior Graphic Designer – Wonderfeel Biosciences (Full-Time)

Location : Mostly remote, however someone in Sonoma / SF Bay Area preferred for weekly or bi-weekly in-person work sessions with the team.

Wonderfeel Biosciences is seeking a bold, conceptually strong Senior Graphic Designer reporting to our Co-founder who is the head designer and Chief Wonder Maker and working with our marketing team. We are looking for a designer with a start-up mentality and a passion for pushing boundaries in design. This is not a plug-and-play, corporate template role. We’re looking for an original thinker—a visual storyteller andillustrator who brings a unique perspective, not just follows directions. This is a role for a visual pioneer, not a production designer; someone who thrives when given creative freedom and ownership.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the lead visual creator for all things Wonderfeel—maintaining and improving the look, feel, and identity across platforms. Your creative vision will elevate and evolve our brand and how we show up in the world.

• Web & UX Design : Design intuitive, engaging experiences that are user-friendly for our website, landing pages, and user-facing platforms.
• Social Media Posts + Ad Campaigns : Create standout visuals for Wonderfeel and our select partners’ social channels like Meta, Youtube, LinkedIn, for paid and organic content that utilize original and stock photos, videos illustrations, motion graphics and animations. Be on top of changes in social media templates and guidelines.
• Print & Packaging : Lead all design for physical brand assets including packaging, sales collateral, swag, presentations, and more.
• AI Tools : Be up to speed with the latest AI tools in design.
• Infographics : Create infographics for articles and social media.
• Illustration & Conceptual Art : We need custom illustrations, infographics, and iconography are a big plus or know how to source such content.
• Motion Graphics & Video : Create motion content, short edits, and animated graphics using Premiere and After Effects. Bonus if you know Creatopy!
• Collaborate Like a Pro : Work directly with the co-founder, marketing and product teams, take initiative, speak up, contribute and don’t hold back your creative ideas.
• Branding & Visual Identity : Execute the vision for our brand using established guidelines and assets with originality and coherence across touchpoints.
