• 8-hour day shifts with one weekend per month weekday coverage to balance
• Patient volume varies diverse caseload
• Hospital-based inpatient setting
• Experience with orthopedic, cardiovascular, and neurologic populations
• Inpatient rehabilitation and acute care focus
