Service Advisor Truck

An established and recognized Heavy Truck operation in Riviera Beach FL is seeking a new Service Advisor to join their team. This role offers competitive pay strong earning potential with monthly bonuses and a supportive work environment.

Compensation :

$50000 - $75000 / year.

Monthly bonus based on labor and parts sales (with guaranteed minimum per month for first year).

Full benefits package included.

Shift :

Monday to Friday 8 : 00AM 5 : 00PM.

Responsibilities :

Greet customers identify truck issues and recommend repairs.

Prepare accurate estimates and repair orders (RO).

Communicate clearly with customers on timelines costs and status updates.

Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism.

Support smooth daily operations within the service department.

Qualifications :

Previous Service Advisor experience in trucking heavy equipment or automotive is preferred.

Familiarity with Client Relationship Management Systems is a plus.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Motivated with a positive customer-first attitude.
