The Away-From-Home Strategy team is part of PepsiCo's North America Strategy & Transformation function. Away From Home brings PepsiCo's entire portfolio of beverages, snacks, and nutrition to out-of-home consumption channels, including restaurants, universities, offices, stadiums, hotels, airports, and much more. Away From Home is a key enabler of PepsiCo's strategy, serving as a source of profitable growth, a vehicle to build our brands, and a source of new occasions.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Transformation plays a critical role in charting PepsiCo's long-term growth and influencing effective execution with cross-functional partners.
• Our team primarily works across three types of projects : long term strategic planning, growth priorities (e.g., portfolio, channel / customer strategy), and transformation that enables PepsiCo to create long term advantage through next-gen capabilities.
• Provide thought partnership to Strategy & Transformation leadership team and business partners on a broad range of business-critical topics.
• Serve as the analytics point-person on projects, applying logical and creative thinking to drive to fact-based insights.
• Build Executive ready project deliverables in partnership with project leaders.
• Execute against time-sensitive requests from team leaders and cross-functional business partners.
• Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / geopolitical trends.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 $149,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
